Ajax=True making page load inline... How can I fix?

  1. I searched and couldn't find anything to do with this so posting.

I'm using GF with Cart66 and when I have Ajax enabled on forms to show the loading spinning circle the next page loads inline next to the form button.

How can I make the button physically GO TO the next page instead of loading it in the same page inline?

    Thanks

  2. Hey there, can you post a link to your form?

  3. If you're using the Ajax option the page doesn't refresh.. just the form. That's the point of using Ajax - it reloads the form content without reloading the entire page. If you want the page to actually reload, then turn off the Ajax option (remove it from your shortcode, etc).

  4. Example is only on this product: http://garyrowe.co.uk/swiftprintuk3/store/posters/gloss-200gsm-a0/

Only turned on for forum example.

Ok, that's not a problem having it turned off. It's turned off on all other products.

The reason I had it on was to kind of indicate to customers that something was going on. Eg, there file was being uploaded.....

With ajax off some customers will not understand they need to wait.

So how can I have a progress bar or image with an animated gif once the 'Add to Cart' has been clicked to illustrate something is going on and they need to wait.

It doesn't need to be an actual progress bar. Just a gif would do the trick.
