  6. I am going to guess here that it's a memory problem. Looks like WordPress only has access to 32MB of RAM. In addition to increasing the PHP RAM, have you also added this line to wp-config.php?

    [php]
    define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M');

You have a ton of plugins installed there and the server responds very slowly. I would be very surprised if this is not an 'out of memory' issue.

  7. Hi Chris,

I have added that line to wp-config... still no success :-( I improved it to 256M too, both on server & in wp-config still no use. I also tried disabling all the rest of the plugin & once again that was useless. It for once bring up the paging option but still i was not able to add anything, but this was just for once & not again.

    Thanks!

  11. @vipin, our normal support hours do not include weekends, and in addition, Monday 3 September was a holiday, notice of which was posted at the top of every forum page. Your last four support requests came through outside normal support hours.

I emailed you just now. The password you provided me no longer works. Please advise via email.

  13. I cannot guarantee I can fix the issue on your server. I can look at it and do my best to pinpoint the issue, but if the issue does not lie with Gravity Forms, the best I can do is offer you suggestions on how to fix it.

I will check my email now. Nothing has arrived yet.

  14. I just logged in and navigated to the Forms menu, and there are no forms. Is it possible you have some database corruption, or you migrated your site from one domain or server to another? There are no forms currently on this site. I emailed you a screenshot.

  16. Have you had a look at the database for possible corruption in the tables as I detailed in my email? We can continue support here as I have the link and login to your site.

  17. Hi Chris,

I have checked all the tables, every thing is fine, no problem in our database.
Problem is from the plugin. Please check it again.

    Thank you

  18. @vipin, I see the forms menu is now back, but there are no forms. I do not know where they went, but I can't help you troubleshoot anything with the forms when there are none present. Any idea where the forms went? How did you restore the Forms menu? It was missing last time I logged in.

  23. @vipin It doesn't help that you appear to be making changes on your end, installing things, uninstalling things, etc. Chris has been trying to assist you with the issue but by making changes to your site prevents him from being able to reliably do so.

Yes you contacted us 6 days ago, but a good portion of those 6 days included a holiday weekend in which our office and support was closed. You need to try and stop being so melodramatic, have patience and work with us to resolve the issue. Panicking and getting all worked up does absolutely nothing to help resolve the issue.

Your issue is server related. It's not a problem with Gravity Forms itself. Because of that you need to have even more patience because the issue is a problem related to your server environment which could be a wide variety of things, none of which a problem with Gravity Forms code itself.

In order to further debug this issue we would need not only a WordPress admin login but an FTP login as well so that we can debug things at the server level as well as run a definitive test on your available PHP memory because lack of PHP memory is typically always the cause of the issue you are describing.

Send me a WordPress admin login AND FTP login to my email at carl@rocketgenius.com and i'll be glad to take a look and see what is causing the problem.

  24. Hi Carl,

Thanks for your reply. I have send you the admin and ftp login at carl@rocketgenius.com.
I assure you that i am not going to touch the form in the next 24 hours.. I hope that , this should be enough time to fix the issue..

    Thanks
