All entries not showing up

    Hello,

    I created 8 forms - one for each of 8 different pages of the website. A person could theoretically fill out more than one of these forms. But, only one entry per person shows up in the Entries list, no matter how many forms that same person fills out. I do NOT have "No Duplicates" checked for email...

    Any idea what could be causing this?
