All forms marked inactive (on their own)

I'm writing to report a strange event. I've had forms running for a few weeks and yesterday they all disappeared. This morning I finally figured out that they were all marked inactive.

The problem is, I didn't change the settings.

This with fully current WP and gravityforms installs.

I've reactivated the forms, naturally, and I'm hoping it doesn't happen again.

  2. Hi Joe,

Very strange indeed! I haven't heard of this happening before... however, if it happens again, try and remember any changes you had made on the site or any possibly related events that seemed to be connected. This would be very useful in trying to debug the issue.

Thanks for taking the time to report it.

  3. the identical thing happened to me. all 5 forms on my site have vanished from the site and show as inactive in the admin. how do i make them active? why is this happening?

i did not cause it. my client said they were editing the intro text when it happened.

  4. Can't say I know why they got marked as inactive just by editing some intro text, but this is how you activate and inactivate forms (by clicking the arrow and empty circle to toggle): Screenshot
