Have set up a form with products (hidden) and options (checkboxes). The corresponding email displays ALL the products regardless of whether they were selected or not via the option?
ie - Product 1 $ 0.00 $ 0.00
That product hasn't been selected but it's still showing in the email?
Used merge tag {all_fields} - all SUBMITTED fields
How do I set up the email so that only the options checked are sent through to the email?

Also - now the hidden products fields are all greyed out so I can't change those fields to something else?
