    Hi,

    http://www.onbutchersblock.co.za/place-an-order/

    User fills out form but not all data being submitted to email, but in entries section all data is there.

    Used all submitted from inserrt form field

    Can you export that form please and email it to me at chris@rocketgenius.com ?

    If I submit your form, will I receive a copy of the incomplete notification?

    Until we see what is going on, it's going to be hard to determine why the notifications are incomplete.

    Sadiq found a plugin conflict with DB Cache Reloaded:
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/db-cache-reloaded-fix/

    After deactivating that, the notifications came through correctly.
