Allowing customer to change their mind

  1. I want to check that this form has the functionality I need please:

If a customer fills out a question with multiple options 1 - 3, selects option 3, so that a sub field with a further multiple choice appears, and they select options a and d. If they then change their mind, and de-select option 3 (without first de-selecting a and d), will gravity forms automatically clear the a and d sub-fields?

    Thanks in advance

  2. It depends on how you setup conditional logic. If you setup conditional logic on that sub field so that it only displays if Question 1 = X and Question 2 = Y then if they change Question 1, it will then be hidden. Fields hidden by conditional logic are not saved. So if you setup Conditional Logic to do this, it should work.
