    Is there a way to add a visual editor like FCK on the paragraph text fields?

    Yes, it is possible to integrate some rich text editors with the paragraph text fields depending on how the editor can be implemented. We don't have an official tutorial yet, but you can view this thread for information from users who have implemented this type of functionality:
