    hi,

I have filled in my lifetime developer license, but on the plugins page I am still asked to register.

    I have put 2 screenshots here: http://www.tul8.de/GravityForms/index.php .

    Greetings

  2. If you still get the "Purchase Gravity Forms" message on any of the Gravity Forms related pages and are unable to receive automatic upgrades it is because your license key wasn't entered properly. This is usually due to extra spaces or characters accidentally being included before or after the actual key when copy-n-pasting the license key into the settings page.

no, please lokk what I wrote and look at the screenshots. I only get that message on the "active Plugins" page. All else works fine.

  4. We did see the screenshots but there's no way to tell if you entered the key correctly.

Did you try removing the license key, copying it again from your confirmation email (making sure to get all of the characters and no extra spaces) and then re-entering it into the field?

The plugin will still function normally if you enter the key incorrectly, only the automatic updates are disabled.

This is usually just a simple case of the key being entered incorrectly. Please double check this by re-entering the key and let us know from there.

I filled the code correctly several times before I wrote this topic.

There must be a different reason for this.

Pleas contact me via email so I can send you my code for verification.

  6. Okay, thanks. No need to email use the key.. we have copies of the confirmation email. We will need to look at your admin/settings to debug this further. Can you provide us with an admin login to your site so we can check it out?

Please send the login information via our contact form and we'll take a look at it asap.

I have the exact same problem. I'm using the plugin on several sites and registered the key a long time ago. Now the plugin is asking me to register again.

I tried your license key on my test sites and it worked fine.. no registration message, etc. Is this happening on all of your sites now, or just one or two?

Try this - go to the Gravity forms settings page and click the save button. That should clear anything that's cached and recheck the license key.

Let me know if that makes a difference. If not, we'll take it from there.

I sent you admin data via contactform but did not get a reply.

  10. Thomas, I didn't see your contact info yesterday, I must have overlooked it. I can't get in to the test site. The login page times out. I tried in several browsers.

update: I got logged in, but the site is impossibly slow.. every admin page is timing out now.

That said, I noticed you had upgraded to a developer license from the original single. Are you using the developer license key or the original one?

  11. Thomas,

I finally got to the Gravity Forms edit page but don't see any purchase notice.

If you would really read my entries you would see that there is no purchase notice on the GravityForms edit page but a note on the plugins-overview page (screenshot!)

  13. Yes, I saw your screenshot and did read your post thoroughly.

The issue I had was your site admin was so slow, I couldn't navigate to the plugins page, I kept getting timeout errors. All I could see/confirm was the edit page that I mentioned which itself took several minutes to load.

I'll attempt to revisit your site today and see what I can find out.

  14. Okay, I was able to log in today and actually get pages to load. I went to the plugin page first and didn't see the registration notice. From there I went to other Gravity Forms admin pages and didn't see the notice. It looks like the plugin is registered correctly and it's working as intended.

If you're still seeing the notice on the plugin page, it's probably some sort of cache issue.

I had the same issue. I checked from two other computers and the message was gone, I believe it is likely a cache issue.

  16. If your browser is caching it could very well be a cache issue. If it's working in other browsers then that is exactly what it is. Clear your browser cache completely and try it again.
