An empty unread message

    Hi guys,

I have one submission in my dashboard and entree list but I can not view the entry, nor can I delete the entry.

There are no required fields on this form so perhaps someone submitted an empty form.

It's not real serious or anything but is there someway to delete this entry. It's sort of annoying seeing in my dashboard that there's a new entree while there isn't one.

    Thanks

    Vincent

  2. What version of Gravity Forms are you running?

And, are you using any cache plugins?

We are using GF Version 1.5.3 and we are indeed using a cache plugin - WP cache. I haven't looked at the cache plugin.

  5. Does the entry appears in the entry list page? Can you submit forms and create entries without a problem?

Yes I see it directly in my dashboard, when I then click on the entries I see that I have one unread but when I click on the unread tab there's nothing there. And yes I can still create (and delete) entries.

  7. It sounds like you have some corrupt data associated with that first entry. You may need to go in your database and manually delete that entry or inspect the entries in the rg_lead table and see which one looks like it is causing the issue.

Yes I expected that too, but my knowledge of databases is fairly limited so I'll leave it for now.

    But thanks for your assistance.
