I am recently getting the following message when going through the registration process. This is a new error, where the process recently worked fine.
An error occurred during the activation
Could not create user
eg. domain.com?page=gf_activation&key=3f456fd2a84ca752
I am using:
Gravity Forms Version 1.6.12
Gravity Forms + Custom Post Types Version 3.0.1
Gravity Forms PayPal Add-On Version 1.7
Gravity Forms User Registration Add-On Version 1.5
Strangely, when I go into the WP admin area and view pending users, edit user. When I click the Activate user link, again it does not work. "There was an issue activating this item: Could not create user"
