Another AJAX error while editing, saving or adding...

Hi! Sorry, but all the other topics seem to work with the memory solution, but not for me.

My memory limit on php.ini is 512M (my host provider put this) and my wp-config is 64M.

I've deactivated the plugin and activated it again.

I've deleted all unused plugins, including its files.

The mistery: I have a working form at my website, I have always been using the forms...this problem seems to be new.

    Please help me.

For the record: the messsage that appears when I try to add a field comes in a pop-up window

    "Ajax error adding field"

And when I try to save it:

    "Ajax error saving form"

When I update an existing form settings, I can update it successfully. But I can't add no fields to it.

All I wanna do is create a new form.

    Thank you

    Updating:

I've deactivated all plugins except for the gravity forms...still have the same problem.

I didn't change my theme because the Gravity Forms was working perfectly with it until now...and I didn't upgrade the theme.

Can you try the default WordPress theme? Can you also see about getting your WordPress memory up to above 128MB? Lastly, can you link your site?

Hi, David! My Wordpress memory is up to 512M, as well as my host memory.

Can I send you an admin pass?

    Thank you

I received an e-mail today but not login details. I'm still waiting for those to help see what your issue might be.

  13. Hi all, dont know if this helps, but I got around the Ajax error while saving a form by disabling a social sharing plugin called Digg Digg. Its another case of one other plugin causing the prob. (I have tons of plugins on this particular site).

  16. @TSC, David will need a WordPress administrator login to your site. Please send that to peralty@rocketgenius.com - last I heard, he had not received that email.
