Apostrophe's aren't formatted properly in post body after a form submission

    When a post is submitted ' are escaped to \', but when they appear in the post body, they aren't stripped to return to just ', so \' exist in the post body. This seems to happen when using the content template, but I've had issues before the content template implementation.

    This currently happens in the recent release 1.4

    We will look into it on our end, once we replicate it we can then see what needs to be changed and include it in a bug fix release.

    I have a similar issue but the apostrophe shows up as a quotation mark " using version 1.5.2.8
