Authorize.net on a Multisite

  1. Hi

I am running a multisite network and want to offer the capability of offering my customer the choice of using Authorize.net.

The issue is that when I activate the plugin, it goes site wide, and there fore locks down the currency under gravity form settings to $ only. Not an issue off course for USA sites, But if your from europe, you cant configure the currency to euro.

Any idea how i can get this set up, so the plugin is there, and if the authorize plugin is activated in the gravity forms add on, it only applies to that site?

    Thanks

Is Gravity Forms installed at the top of the network? If so, then add-ons can only be at the network level and not the site level. If you set-up Gravity Forms at the site level, then if you give your dev license to each site to use, then they should be able to use add-ons at the site level.

  4. Thanks for getting back.

had a look around and i can only find being able to activate plugin network wide, and not on a site level.

Hope you can help a bit more.

    Thanks

Have you disabled Gravity Forms at the network level and tried installing it at the site level?

  6. Sorted thanks for your help.

if anyone else is looking to do this. then this worked for me,

Unistall and delete the authorize.net plugin.
Download the authorise.net add on from here http://www.gravityhelp.com/downloads/add-ons/
upload the plugin, But do not network activate
Go to the sub site plugins and activate from there.
Authorize, net can then be activated for just that site.

In my case iam using wp-replicate to copy all site details/setting/content when a new site is created. I have replicated with the authorize.net plugin activated in the sub site, but not activated in Gravity forms.

the user then just needs to activate Authorize.net if they need to in GF.
