Was thinking of probably splitting the whole thing into two forms; the first would collect basic information and allow us to collect user info, and then the second would display the quote (passed via GET, I'd think) and allow the user to accept it.
If you have a way to help me through the ZIP code portion of this, I'd be happy to write the whole thing up for future reference (I found a few related questions on here).
