Auto populate drop down for "County" after "State" is selected

I would like to have a drop-down field auto-populate with the corresponding "Counties" of the "State" chosen in a previous field on the same form. Ideas?

You would have to do this manually using conditional logic. There is no built-in way currently to easily do this.
