Auto Populate Submitted Data

  1. Is it possible to have the data submitted by a client auto-populate into a new listing on our directory site. So if someone fills out a form all the data is then populated onto the new listing including title, content, images, etc. and then published on the wordpress site.

  2. The 3rd party add-on will create a directory for you:

If that is not what you're looking for, please explain more how your directory is maintained now. Is it one page, or is it an individual post for each directory entry?

  3. This is not a resolve unfortunatley because we already have a directory theme we are wanting the data that clients submit to auto populate in the current directory that is already built and in the proper fields.

Does your theme use Custom Post Types? If so, you'll want to try to use the Custom Post Type add-on that a third party created. Otherwise, if you are making a normal WordPress post, you'll just need to add in the Post Title and Post Body fields, and use the Content Template option on the options for each field to fill out which fields you want from your form to go where.
