Auto Population?

    I apologize in advance, but I'm quite new to Wordpress...let alone Gravity Forms. But I did purchase it last week.

    I'm trying to put together a simple contact form. I'd like to have the logged in persons name (first and last) and/or username automatically filled in. Is this possible? Email address too if possible. Here's the form I'm working on:

    This is possible to do using PHP and available API hooks. How familiar with PHP are you?
