Auto Publish User Submitted Content

  1. I am building a non-typical wordpress website that users will only be able to access once logged in. I bought gravity forms so that I could publish user submitted content. Is there a way to auto publish the content that I get from a gravity form?

  2. The post fields should be what you are looking for, specifically the Post Body - where you can set the status of the post:

  4. That's going to be more a function on how you have your site/theme setup and how it handles posts. Do you have a link to your form/site and do you have other posts on the site that aren't submitted via the form?

  5. The site is brand new WIP. Trying to determine best way to handle user-generated content. The goal is to have users submit stories, and have them post directly (or be able to review, approve and post). Ideas welcome... Was hoping Gravity Forms would do the trick. Here is the site (haven't even finalized theme but working on functionality) http://mybelovedmug.com/submit-your-story

  6. Are you using post fields here on this form? Check out this documentation (Post Fields):

You can set categories and titles, post body, creating a content template within the post body to layout the content as you wish, etc.

  7. You rock! That worked perfectly--except that the image didn't show up...Something in the image setting?

  8. Did you use a Post Image field? In the Post Body you can use the Merge Tag drop down to place the image.
