  1. I've done all I know to do after reading the forms and paying for a license and I still have not succeeded at getting an auto response working.

    Please help.

  3. David... thanks for the question. You're right, I was not clear enough.

    Notifications. When a form is sent there is an option for a "notification to user" to be sent. I have it turned on and I bought the plan and installed said "key" to make notifications work... however, they are not, yet.

    Can you upload an image of your notification section so I can take a look at how you have it set for that form? Many people have issues with notifications due to server settings. Usually, if they are set-up correctly in Gravity Forms, we have them install and configure a SMTP plugin and make sure they've created a real e-mail address to send the e-mail from on their server.

    Gravity Forms uses WordPress' built-in wp-mail.php sendmail file to send e-mails. You might want to check PHP logs to see if there is something wrong. If everything is set-up correctly, and your server isn't creating errors, then the SMTP plugins available might help you.
