Auto response working in 1 out of 3 forms.

    I created three forms but only one of them has an auto response that reads, "Thanks for contacting us! We will get in touch with you shortly." Why isn't that same response generated with the other two?

    Are all the forms setup to display the same confirmation message? If so, are you seeing any errors in your browsers error console when submitting the forms with no confirmation message?

    I found it. Form Settings > Conformation. All the forms are set up the same.
    I'm still only getting the one. I'm not seeing any errors after I submit the form. The page returns to blank fees.

    The forms are working because they were just recreated using exactly the same data that was in them originally - they just started working... very strange. I suspect it was a caching issue somewhere, but with no errors logged anywhere, it is very difficult to troubleshoot.

    I tested one of my "Get Featured" forms and got a "500 Internal Server Error".

    Hi Larray,

    A "500 Internal Server Error" is a server error indicating an issue with your server. If it happens consistently, contact your hosting.

    I checked the forms from a different computer and I'm having the same issue. Would you mind checking the links I provided? My "Contact Us" page works perfect but the other two aren't.

    Hi David,
    Just checking back. The Conformation tab for all three forms are exactly alike but only the "Contact Us" form is the only one that's generating an auto response. Could you please check the links:
