    Hi all

I have tested with more than 10 yahoo email accounts (waited more than 4 hours) and figured out that the addon is having problem with yahoo email, the aweber confirmation email couldn't arrive to inbox, checked spam/junk folder and nothing ...

I still could see the username added to my aweber list after submitting the form but receive no confirmation email. This issue only happens with gravity form+aweber addon, i tested with my sidebar normal form (raw html code from aweber) and it works fine..

    any idea?

  2. Gravity Forms doesn't sent the AWeber confirmation email. AWeber sends that email. If you see the email as pending in your AWeber list, but don't receive the confirmation email to confirm the subscription... then it's either ending up in the Yahoo spam box, blocked by Yahoo or a problem with AWeber. You'll need to discuss this with their support.

  4. Again, AWeber sends the confirmation email. If you see the pending subscriber in AWeber, yet aren't receiving the email from AWeber... it's an AWeber issue. You'll need to contact them and explain the pending subscriber is there but no confirmation email is received.

AWeber's HTML code posts directly to AWeber. It's not the same as Gravity Forms, it uses different methods for adding the subscriber although the confirmation email should be send if the subscriber is there as pending.

Ultimately this is a problem on the AWeber side of things. We add the subscriber to AWeber, you see the subscriber listed as pending which means our part executed properly. The confirmation portion is entirely handled by AWeber and we have nothing to do with that part of the process.
