Aweber doesnt work on one form but work on all others

    Hi there,

    My website currently has 3 forms using Gravity Form. I used to be using the mailchimp list but I wanted to try Aweber so I am giving it a go.

    The problem I am having is that out of that 3 form there is this 1 form that Aweber integration not working.

    The non working one is in the page http://www.hondacengkareng.com/harga-motor-honda/ (yellow form)

    The working one is in http://www.hondacengkareng.com/ (yellow form) and http://www.hondacengkareng.com/hubungi-kami/ (the submit form).

    Can anyone suggest how to debug this one ?
