Best Backup Solutions for WP Multisite Gravity Forms

    I need to do two things regarding backups/migration/archiving.

    I need to be able to backup my MultiSite installation which uses Gravity Forms.
    I need to create an archive of posts and their content that is one or two years (not sure which yet) old.

    Can you give me your recommendation for a plugin or service that best handles backups, migration and/or archiving?
