Blank email notifications; no form entry

Strange problem cropped up: Been getting lots of blank notification forms and no record of any entries that could have triggered them. Anyone else experienced this? Is there any way for the notification form to be spammed?

  2. There is no way for the notification to be spammed. This is a database issue. If you are getting blank notifications and no entries then something is wrong.

We've seen issues like this when a user upgrades to v1.5 from an older version and the database user their WordPress site is configured to use does not have the ALTER permission which means database changes 1.5 needs to make don't get made.

Do you know how to use WordPress debug mode? If so turn on debug mode and then submit a form and see if you get an error.

    Thanks Carl -

I've run WP debug mode and checked the form to the best of my ability. Also deactivated plugins and can't seem to duplicate the error. I'll check back with more details if the problem persists. Thank you for your response.

  4. I'm going to go ahead and close this issue, if you are able to replicate it post a new issue and we can take a look.
