Blank fields in conditional logic

    Hi,

Based on this questions http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/conditional-logic-blank-entries I thought I might need to add field labels to the form to solve the problem. That didn't work. The strange thing is, the other form works perfectly and it's almost identical, without field labels!

Now, I am losing sales because my order form won't work right. This is terrible...

Does anyone have a solution? The previous question hinted that a release would have a fix, but that was a year ago and it's still happening.

Edit: After updating the labels once again, it seems like 2 of the choices now appear in the conditional logic field, but about 9 still do not. I am at my wits end...

  3. Please post a link to your form and please describe the problem you're having. We may need a log in for the site to check out how the conditional logic is set up.

This is still an issue, and we are losing orders because of it. Is there any way I can submit a support ticket? I'm happy to give you the login credentials. I have spent countless hours trying to figure it out, with no luck.

This must be happening to others too. I can't imagine this is an isolated incident....

http://www.hottubcoverdepot.com/our-hot-tub-covers/standard-hot-tub-cover/ here's a link to the form, which I'm sure is set up correctly with conditional logic. It worked in the past, but as I mentioned, the conditional logic fields now do not display. If you select a cover that needs dimension "C" you won't see that field appear. And if you edit the form, you can't choose anything because the drop-down menus are blank! It's madness I tell you.

    Bump.

Please help me with this issue. I have disabled all plugins, themes, and even created new forms. For whatever reason, this is the only field that never populates with conditional logic. I can give you a login or screenshot to show the issue.

We are losing many orders and having to fix ones that come in because of this. It's creating a huge problem on the site.
