Bought license - upgrade how to questions

    I bought a license and entered the key, it's not automatically upgrading.

    It looks like the plugin needs to be uninstalled to install the zip file I downloaded when I bought the license. I'm worried that I'll lose my forms if I uninstall it. Will I?

    What's the correct upgrade procedure?

    Okay, that's what I thought. WordPress changed the way it runs updates shortly after we released that version. We released an update shortly after their change, but you will have to upgrade manually from 1.3.11.

    Get the latest version of the plugin from the downloads page, deactivate and delete the current version (the forms are stored in the database so you won't lose those), then upload and activate the newest version. After that, you're auto-updates should work normally.
