BUG: Preview form on WPMU

  1. The Preview Form feature doesn't work on WPMU, it's looking for a path that doesn't exist in MU.

  2. Will take a look Shelley and get back with you shortly.

  3. Hey Shelley, I just tested it on a test install of MU (v2.8.4) and the preview link worked fine, the form loaded. Can you tell me what URL the preview link is trying to go to?

  4. Also, are you using subdomains or subdirectories as far as your MU setup goes?

  5. I'm using subdirectories. My site is at web.domain.com and each additional blog is at web.domain.com/blog1 /blog2 etc. The preview was going to /blog1/wp-content/.....

  6. Okay, that is the problem. Our tests were done using MU setup with subdirectories.

What we are going to have to do is setup a new MU instance (since it's a pain to change after the fact) with it set to subdirectories so we can patch this issue.

    Forms are working otherwise, correct?

  7. Not sure, haven't gotten that far yet :) The one form I needed to setup needed to go in a widget, so I had to leave it in CF7.

  8. When I can access my gmail i'll send you over the widget. It is just the initial code so it isn't 100% complete but you might be able to still use it for what you need until we release it as part of the plugin.

  9. Just to give you an update Shelley, we are installing MU locally using the subdirectory setup and will be looking into resolving this bug in the next release.
