Bug when adding Conditional Logic rules.

    This occurs in GF v. 1.3.13.1, with IE 8.

    When using the Conditional Logic field, adding another rule causes the remove rule button (a minus sign) to drop down to the next level.

    We have been able to recreate this issue on our end and will get it fixed in the 1.4 release.
