Bulk Add file including values ?

Hi

I'm new here. I want a form which allows users to select an (Australian) postcode, and for me then to offer some conditional logic.

There are about 15,000 postcodes, about 5 conditional options.

I was planning on using using a drop-down and Bulk Add / Predefined Choices, with the postcodes as labels, and loading a value against each one, but I'm not sure if there is a delimiter or something that allows me to load a value against each postcode.

If this doesn't work, I'm happy to take other suggestions

Of the 15,000 available postcode I have about 2,000 of them with one of 5 values, the rest are blanks and could be referenced as "Other" if required.

Does Gravity allow for the importation of values under a certain limit ?
