Bulk Add / Predefined Choices dissapears after one use - not template conflict

    When creating a drop-down menu, I am able to see and use the "Bulk Add / Predefined Choices" button. However, after saving the form, the "Bulk Add / Predefined Choices" button disappears, and I am no longer able to add or edit this area of the form.

    I have searched the forums, and found information about plugin and theme conflicts. However, after changing to a the standard theme as advised, the same error exists.

    How can I troubleshoot this? Is anyone else having this problem?

    This error was corrected with the update of the Gravity Forms Salesforce plugin update that was just released today.

    I do not need further assistance with this issue.
