Bulk Update Entries

  1. I've set up a registration form for folks to join our town soccer program. Because we cannot take payments online (yet) folks need to print out and bring in with a check. So far so good. I'd like to be able to go back and Mark a registration as paid somehow. It seems the only way I can figure out is to create a field that is only available to admins. Then would have to individually View then Edit that entry and check it off. A bit time consuming. Is there a way I can bulk update entries?

  2. From the form builder, that is the only way to do it. You could do it with SQL but that method would be a little trickier. You could also write some code to create an admin page for yourself which makes things easier, but there is no easier way to do it from within Gravity Forms.

  3. I see there is a paid date field but I'm guessing thats only for if you are tied to a merchant account or paypal or one of those.
