But in "website" field option - preventing form from working

I created a rather long form and once it was posted, though it viewed, it would not send. Moreover, the mechanism that required "required" fields to be filled in didn't work.

After a couple of hours, I found the culprit. I had select "website" field from the "Advanced Field" options, it's what prevented my forms from working. (I had tested this on 2 forms.) So, maybe there's a bug in this field opption?

Has anyone come across this problem? Is there a fix?

I haven't seen this issue before. Do you have a link to your form? What version of wordpress and Gravity Forms are you using?

  3. I've seen this issue in the past. It had to do with the server configuration, something with a security module like mod_security or suhosin. It was preventing the form submissions. Can you post a link to your form please? Or post more information about your hosting environment, PHP configuration, plus the information David Peralty asked for. Thank you

Actually, I had found the problem. At least, a work-around. I had selected "website" from the advance choices. For some reason, it stopped the form from propagating. So, I removed that field and it now works.
