Calculated field stops after 4th page break

Hi everyone,

I'm making a form with Gravity Forms and have found that the field calculation stops on parcel 4 (after a page break). Nothing is different apart form the field names. I've gone over the backend of the form and can't see anything.

I've tried turning off all plugins and running the site on TwentyTen and had no luck. The same problem occurs.

To replicate the issue, select "dropped off" and "4 parcels" on the first page.

Any idea what this is all about?

UPDATE: I fixed it. Was an issue with 2 different versions of jquery being called. Not sure why it still happened with 2010, unless I had previously modified the form
