calender does not appear correctly

  1. I don't know why the calender works well in the preview page but it does not appear correctly in my working page. Could you please check and let me know the trouble is:
    - Preview page: http://thegioimuaxuan.org/darianculbert/?gf_page=preview&id=1
    - Working page: http://thegioimuaxuan.org/darianculbert/poseidon-sail-cruise-halong-bay-itinerary/
    If you click on the "check in" and "check out" field to fill the date, you will know that the calender in the second page does not appear correctly to select the date!

    Anyway, I really love this plugin and wish that I could find it before I tried other plugins! Thanks and hope to hear from you soon!

  2. If it works in Preview but not in your theme, it's most likely a Theme or other plugin conflict. Try these steps here:
