Thank you all in advance for your help, suggestions, and guidance:
The Campaign Monitor feed has been set-up, matched fields and forms, API checked off; however, the feed from the Gravity Forms doesn't update the Campaign Monitor Subscriber List.
The emails are being harvested in the Gravity Forms database, but are not being exported automatically to the Campaign Monitor database.
