    Hi,
I am trying to setup a feed to Campaign Monitor on a site using Platform Pro. I can set it up and save it however it doesn't "stick". That is I go back in and the feed isn't there and it asks me to create one all over again. I have another site using mail chimp feed and it works fine.

    Please help.

    cheers!

    Lauren

  2. The first thing you are going to need to do is test for theme and plugin conflicts by following the instructions here:

    Hi,
I was a bit nervous about doing this on my live site so set it up on local host for testing. The plugin worked fine with all the same plug ins and theme installed. Does this mean it could be something to do the host or is a local host environment not suitable for this kind of test?

  4. Yes, it could be an issue with your web server. There isn't an issue with the plugin itself so it's going to be a problem with either your web server or again, plugins or themes on that site. Unless you are absolutely sure you tested on the exact same environment I would strongly suggest testing for conflicts on the live site. Sometimes it's a necessary evil.

    Hi Carl,

Just an update.... I am not sure if it was the update to the plug in or that there was a domain name redelegation (as this happened at the same time) for my site but the feed is working fine now.

    Cheers,

    Lauren

  6. @Lauren Good to hear, it was probably some sort of server or domain issue that resolved itself.
