can Gravity Form do it?

I have a membership site based on WP 3 and WishList Member
There are multiple membership groups and levels

I would like to create a form that is only accessible to members of a particular group (I assume this is not problem, just place it on a page that is restricted to those members.)

The primary question is that I would like the members of that group to also be able to search and read form submissions. So for instance the form would have fields for category and subject and I would want them to be able to search based on one (or more of those fields if possible) and then read all of the form submissions for that category or that subject.

  2. Form submissions aren't currently accessible anywhere but the WordPress dashboard. So in order to show them on the front end you would have to write the code to do so.

Another option is to use Gravity Forms to create posts. You could assign those posts to a specific category and allow your users to browse that category and read the posts.
