Can I create this kind of form?

    Hi all,

    Do you think it is (easily) possible with your plugin?

    Yes. There isn't an option to put the labels inline currently, but you can do that with a small customization if you want. Other than that, the rest of the layout can be done easily using the default form functionality and the built in "Ready Classes" for advanced CSS styling.
