Can I do this: a multiple use entry form

    Dear Gravity,

I want to allow my users to create a list of websites and/or webpages that they are interested in. In effect I want a table with columns: user, url link, description, date loaded.

The resulting table would allow other members of our group to check out the information referred to (this is on other websites not our own. So the url needs to be a proper link.

It could almost be a form filled in for each list, but then I want to present it so it is immediately usable - rather than open the form. Really they are helping to build a web page. My problem is it would be no good asking then to edit in the back end of WP because they are seriously computer-illerate!

It is so close to what Gravity can do i wonder if you can see a way of me achieving this?

I do have one idea and that is to create a dummy user that everyone could use for this purpose only, it's a bit clunky though!

    Thank you............................ liz

  2. Gravity Forms wouldn't be appropriate for this. Gravity Forms captures data in entries and you can't have multiple people "adding" to an entry. A new entry is created each time the form is submitted. You can't append data to an entry. You would need to use something else to implement this type of functionality.
