Can I output the label instead of the value?

  1. I'm using gravity forms as an way to get your thesis printed online, I'm using information such as city to determine price of delivery so in my drop down, instead of having the label as London and the value as London, ive changed the value to a number so I can include it in a calculation. But when it comes to the notification the user and I get, instead of saying London, it gives the number instead, is there anyway I can output the label instead of the value?

  2. By default, the merge tag should output the label. You have to tell it specifically to return the value. Please see the documentation here: http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Merge_Tags Can you share a link to the page on your site where the form is embedded, so we can test it. Also, please make sure we would see what you're seeing, or that the notification will include the same merge tag that you are using for the admin notification.
