Can I push a Gravity Form Submission to Zen Desk?

    Hello,

    I have a simple 'contact us' form on our Wordpress site. Is it possible that when a person submits this form that is pushes it to Zen Desk and creates a new ticket?

    Any thoughts on this?

    We haven't done this yet, nor do I know off the top of my head of anyone that has. Can you create a new ticket in Zen Desk from receiving an e-mail to specific account? If so, you could have Gravity Forms send an e-mail notification to that account.
