The site I am working on was previously handled by another person who set up the forms under a Developer's license that she had set up. Is it possible to purchase a Business or Personal License to renew the forms? The website owner does not use any of the extra features in the Developer's version. Would it just be a matter of putting in the new license key? I was concerned of having to redo the forms or re-installing the plugin because it is a lower version.

Correct, you would just put in the new key in the settings page. You won't have to recreate any forms or reinstall the plugin.
