Sure.. the "plain page" template is basically just that.. a page template with only the basic elements that your form/WordPress need to run.. no other presentational markup or styling. The idea being that you end up with a plain white page with just your form. From there, you can iframe that page wherever you like without introducing other styled elements.

There is an example "plainpage.php" there that you can grab. Please be aware that post is older so you'll want to make sure that you're calling the latest/correct versions of jQuery and other Gravity Forms specific scripts in your page template. Of course that page is more about using a form in a modal window, but the overall concept is the same.
