Can I use anchors following confirmation/submission?

I am having an issue where people on my page cannot see the confirmation message after a form has been submitted because after it successfully sends it brings me back to the top of the page (the form is on the bottom after all the event details). This is especially problematic since I use the PayPal function and people cannot see that their payment went through because they land back at the top of the page (not the bottom where the form was submitted and the confirmation message is showing up).

Can I someone incorporate anchors with Gravity forms so it not only takes me back to the page but to the form area ON THE PAGE?
