Can I use Conditional Logic to do this?

Hi, I'm building a return merchandise authorization form for my website and I'd like to give my customers the ability to enter multiple items in one RMA form. Is there a way to "add more items" so a few selected fields appear? Like what this website does: http://www.worldstarwireless.com/return-merchandise-authorization-request-form

Is this possible with gravity forms?

  2. Sort of, but not identically. You could use the new list field type, to allow the addition of "one more item" using the plus sign to add another row.

However, if you need a more full layout like your example, then, yes, you can use conditional logic. Your form will have all the fields in it at the beginning (some fixed number, it won't be unlimited) and you can unhide sections like that based on the answer to "Add extra item" as in the example. Try it, it should work.
