Can not add form fields

  1. Have just purchased license Gravity forms. My first attempt at contact form is not successful.

    In the instructions it says:
"On the right side of the screen is the form field toolbox.

The form field toolbox consists of an accordion interface that Allows you select two wooden field types you would like to add to your form. Thurs add a form field to your form simply click on the field you would like to add and it will be added to the bottom of your form. "

I see the form field toolbox, and can make changes to the form editor who appears on the left side.

But no matter how much I press in the form field toolbox nothing happens. Nothing is added to the bottom of my form.

Have tried in Mozilla and Chrome, no difference

    Anyone?

Can I have you follow the steps here please? Sounds like a theme or plugin conflict is stopping our JavaScript from working, thus stopping you from being able to add form elements:

That still means there is a plugin/theme conflict. Something to do with JavaScript is broken. Can you follow the steps above?

If it is a custom theme, you'll likely have to contact the third party. Can you link to the form page though so we can see if it is something easy?
