Can users send emails using gravity forms

Hello

I was thinking about having a page with a simple form where users could recommend my site to their friends. I'm thinking of having a title, fixed text (something like "This site is great, why not visit it!"), the name of the user recommending the site, and an option for the user to add their comments.

Is there a way that I can achieve this using gravity forms - in essence, to use the form on my site to email their friends?
