Hello,
Can your forms program trigger a page redirect when completed?
Like the typical - "fill out this form for this newsletter" and when they submit their form they are redirected to a download link?
I don't ordinarily work in wordpress - so I appreciate any info you can give me to add this function.
Yes. You can include a download link in either the confirmation text, or you can configure your form to redirect to another page (or URL) for the thank you page. This is controlled in the Confirmation tab of the Form Settings for the form you want to edit.

I apologize for lack of info on my scenario:
we'd like to restrict access to the download to only people who have filled out the form.
Would it have to be a public link - so that it was accessible without having to fill out the form and provide their info?

You can place the download link in the Confirmation Text for the form. This is only displayed when the form is submitted. So unless they submit the form, they won't be able to see the link.
