Cannot access help, documentation etc

    I bought a developer license for Gravity Forms, but had already registered on the help site to ask pre-sales questions. I can't register again and my license has not been associated with my email address so I cannot access the documentation, priority support etc. Please can you help.

    You should be able to update your email address to the one your purchased the plugin with on your profile page. Let me know if you have any issues with this.

    The account I created already had the correct email address. I have changed the email address on the first account (I couldn't find a way to remove the account) so I could create a new account (user name = CarlGrainger) in case the account needed to be created after purchase for the link to the License Code to work. But this still has not given me access to the documentation and support pages. Instead I get the "License Required" page.
    I have an urgent project I neew to work on today and this is difficult with no documentation. Please can you help as soon as possible.

  4. I have the same problem. This is ridiculous. I can't even get information on how to embed a form. Why hide that behind a premium subscription?

    Please fix this or at least direct me to documentation.

  5. I literally just purchased a 5 site license and I cannot get to the documentation or the FAQ page either.

    If I try to the documentation from the plugin I am brought to the correct url (it appears) but it is the generic page listing the different areas of the site. I am logged in with the correct email address.

    The page it is suppose to bring me to:

  6. @tfesta - you need to login with the SAME email you used to make your purchase via PayPal so you have the correct permissions to view all of the content. The account/email address that you're using is not in our system.

    @monthlyreview - the same goes for you. You need to use the email address you used to purchase the forms. That's the only way our system knows to give you the correct access.

    Try editing your profile and changing your email address to the PayPal email you used. That should get everything ironed out for you. After you've confirmed you have access, you can change your email address to something else if you prefer.
